Today I asked myself if I could give more, and my answer was yes. I started out running with 2 miles in mind. 2 miles lead to 3.2 then to 4. I ran 4 miles today. YaY! The best part was soaking in my accomplishment when I got home. That's why I love running.

Wow that quote from yesterday is awesome. too bad i didnt read that b4 i worked out today :) running is hard these days for some reason. i seem to burn out quick , maybe bc i havent done it for so long or maybe im over weight . Could just be im breaking myself in again or need some senerey . I did start to run more last week (a couple miles) and noticed that i looked more trim in the mirror. So thats cool a good result for a little effort
